Anant Nahata, the dynamic force behind our company, spearheads as Managing Director and CEO, while also chairing our Board, boasting a rich background in investment banking, marketing consulting, and expertise in power electronics and EV solutions.

Subhash Chander Rustgi, our Non-Executive Director, combines engineering prowess with a master's in business administration from the University of Delhi, backed by experience at Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited and Bharat Electronics Limited.

Vivekanand Kumar, our Whole Time Director, brings extensive engineering and manufacturing expertise from his roles at Autoliv India Private Limited and GKN Drive (India) Limited, complemented by his academic credentials in technology and business administration.

Karen Wilson Kumar, our Independent Director, brings a wealth of marketing experience from her tenure at India Today Group, RP – Sanjiv Goenka Group, and Louis Vuitton India Retail Private Limited, alongside her bachelor's degree in arts from the University of Calcutta.

Mahua Acharya's 20-year expertise spans green finance, renewables, carbon markets, and e-mobility across India, USA, Europe, and South Korea. A Yale graduate, Acharya's strong business acumen and global networks will steer Exicom's sustainable growth strategies.

Manoj Kohli was previously CEO of Bharti Airtel with operations across 20 countries. Kohli also led SB Energy's renewable energy initiatives and supported SoftBank's AI startup investments in India. His expertise lies in scaling businesses profitably.

Shiraz, Exicom's CFO, brings over 30 years of finance expertise from PWC, Aircel, WNS, Airtel, and American Express. He manages the SAP deployment, control frameworks, revenue assurance, fraud management, risk services, cost savings, compliance, audits, etc.

Sanjeev Narula is a telecom industry leader with over 15 years of experience in telecom and power generation. He manages telecom sales operations, business development, and key accounts across India, SAARC, Africa, and the Middle East regions.

P.M. Singh, Exicom's CTO (EVSE), drives R&D foradvanced EV solutions. With over 30 years in energy solutions, P.M. Singh hasnurtured Exicom’s R&D team, leading the companyto secure a significant market share within just two years with advanced EVSEsolutions.

Khushboo leads Exicom’s marketing with a strategic, AI-led approach, driving global growth through storytelling and digital innovation. With 17+ years in B2B and consumer marketing, she has held leadership roles at Vodafone, Telenor, Idea, and STL.

With 20 years of HR leadership, our Head of HR excels in talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning. With experience across energy, media, and telecom industries, she is committed to fostering a people-centric culture at Exicom, driving innovation and growth.

Aman Sharma is a technology leader with 26+ years in digital transformation, product innovation, and strategic IT planning. Previously AVP at Jio Platforms, he has driven scalable, cost-effective solutions at Infotel, Groz-Beckert, and Netsoft.

Praful Mehta, a manufacturing leader at Exicom, brings 24+ years of experience with NEI Ltd., Ericsson, and Lenovo. A Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he drives operational excellence, supply chain resilience, and scalable manufacturing strategies for business growth.

Sandeep Anand, a seasoned leader with 30+ years of experience across Components, Computers, Telecom, and Power, specializes in supply chain, procurement, and logistics. As VP, he drives strategic growth, operational excellence, and high-performing teams.
